FAQ

Are bookings made through Businessfare protected?

Yes. Businessfare is a UK-based travel agency, and flight bookings are protected in accordance with applicable UK travel regulations. Where applicable, bookings are covered under payment protection schemes, providing peace of mind when booking flights online.

How does Businessfare find cheap flight deals?

We compare fares from multiple airlines, routes, and fare classes in real time. By checking different travel dates, stopover options, and airline combinations, we help customers secure the best available flight prices from the UK.

Can I book business class flights at discounted prices?

Yes. We specialise in business class flight deals from the UK, offering competitive fares on selected routes through negotiated airline pricing and flexible travel options.

Can I change or cancel my flight after booking?

Changes and cancellations depend on the airline’s fare rules and ticket conditions. Some tickets allow changes with a fee, while others may be non-refundable. We always advise customers of fare rules before ticket issuance.

What baggage allowance is included with my ticket?

Baggage allowance varies by airline and fare type. Details of included checked baggage and cabin baggage are provided at the time of booking. If you are unsure, our team can confirm baggage details before ticket issuance.

Do flight prices change after I make a booking?

Once a ticket is issued and confirmed, the fare is fixed according to the airline’s rules. Prices may change before ticket issuance due to availability, which is why we always confirm fares before proceeding.

How long does it take to receive my ticket?

In most cases, tickets are issued and sent shortly after payment confirmation. For some bookings, additional verification may be required, which can cause a short delay. We keep customers informed at every stage.

Which airlines can I book through Businessfare?

We work with a wide range of international airlines, including major full-service and business-class carriers, offering routes from London and other UK airports to destinations worldwide.

Is it cheaper to book flights early or last minute?

Generally, booking early provides better availability and pricing, especially for long-haul and business class flights. However, occasional last-minute deals may be available depending on route and demand.

Does Businessfare provide customer support after booking?

Yes. We offer UK-based customer support before and after ticket issuance, assisting with flight changes, airline queries, and travel information where applicable.

Why should I book with Businessfare instead of booking directly with an airline?

We offer fare comparison, expert guidance, transparent pricing, and personalised assistance, helping customers find better value and suitable routes that may not always be visible on airline websites.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Need a passport -

British citizens require passports to exit and enter the UK and all other countries in the world. It is your responsibility to carry the correct identification while traveling abroad

Visa –

It is very important to check and apply for any visa and document requirements for the countries you are traveling to (and through). Since processing these documents can take some time, it is recommended you apply for these as soon as possible.

Passport Validity -

For British citizens, the majority of countries require a passport to be valid for at least three to six months after your trip finishes, therefore, it's often best to make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from your return date. However, many European countries do not enforce the six-month rule and may only require validity for the duration of your holiday.

Visit the HM Passport Office website and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website for more details.

Travel Insurance –

We strongly recommend that you and all members of your party are suitably insured as soon as you book your holiday. It is a condition of booking that you must have suitable travel insurance. It is important that you purchase travel insurance that suitably covers your participation in whatever activities you may undertake at the time that you make your booking.

Airport Assistance –

If you need assistance at the airport, you'll need to let us know before you travel. Please call or email us to arrange this.

Special Request –

Any special requests that you make at the time of booking will be passed onto the hotel; however, we cannot guarantee that these will be fulfilled. The hotel will of course do their best to try and accommodate all special requests but this is subject to availability and the hotel's discretion.

BOOKING

Change booking –

Yes, details can be changed but there are limitations on the changes according to what has been booked originally. If changes are permitted, then there would be a cost depending on what has to be changed. We recommend you contact us, only after checking your reservation details, we can advise if amendments are possible and how much charge it will incur.

Reconfirming Flights –

We will always inform you in case of any change in your reservation by the airlines. However sometimes if there is any last-minute schedule change by airlines, then in order to avoid any trouble at the airport we highly recommend you to reconfirm your flight 72 hours prior to departure with the airline directly or with us.

Pre-booked Seats –

Unfortunately, not all the airlines will let you prebook your flight seat. Most of the airlines have started charging for seat selection. However, you can assign seats at the time of online check-in in which is only permitted 24 hours prior to departure without any cost with most of the scheduled airlines. If you want to enquire more about seating arrangements or any other specific need, this can be done by calling airlines directly with the reference number provided by us.

Name is spelled incorrectly –

We recommend reviewing your all information carefully before booking your tickets because name change is not permitted. In most of the cases ticket has to be cancelled and a new ticket needs to be issued. In that case, airline cancellation charges and other penalties will apply. If there is a minor error, please call us immediately. We will need to contact the airline to request a name change, but we cannot guarantee that they will be able to make the change.

Cancel Holidays / Flights

Most of the flight tickets are non-refundable, but in certain cases, cancellation is permitted with a charge levied by the airlines.
